This award is presented to an individual who best represents the outstanding qualities exemplified by the late Dr. Flannery of service, respect, family and faith.

Zakiyah Winfield, graduate of Wilson HS and 2018 RBBA Award winner, was present at the Winter Shindig 2022, coming off playing for the Division II Championship Glenville State University Team. Zakiyah scored 23 points in the Championship game.

2021 Winter Shindig

- The first team induction to the HOF included sitting from left, Don Hadley, John Scholl, Jim Krick, BJ Ellison, Chris Giles (representing his father Dick Giles, team owner), Karen Braucher (representing her husband Dick Braucher), Greg Aikens (representing his father Jim Aikens), standing from left, Charlie Young, Dr. Jim Stocker, Dick Graul, and Clayton Taylor. Also on the team were Bruce Sadowskas, Ron Krick, and coach, Rod Hand.

Harbach, Jr. Memorial Award to Ed Tobias; Linda Calderon and Steve Bayus receiving the Distinguished Achievement Awards from Mike Schorn. Linda received the award posthumously for her father Ammon “Spoona” Heckler of West Reading.
